Denna härliga stuga är nyligen ombyggd med betoning på komfort med ett streck av karaktär. Vår stuga har ett stort vardagsrum och matplats intill det moderna och effektiva köket. Vi är belägna i närheten av den pittoreska byn och inom gångavstånd till alla affärer, restauranger, tidvattensbestämda stränder och en mängd olika tillbedjan. Vi ligger på samma fotavtryck som Adams stugan (vrbo # 1243822) och delar samma tvättstuga. Lätt hyra båda husen eller bara en med en spärrgrind. Båda har egna parkeringsplatser.

A quiet and relaxing cottage with a great location.

We visited St Simons Island for a short mid winter vacation. The Proctor Cottage is an enjoyable accommodation with a great location in the village.

a perfect fit for us

A simple and clean little cottage with a fantastic enclosed courtyard that was devine all times of the day and evening in April. With live oaks creating a full canopy and lush vegetation on three sides with the cottage on the other, the courtyard felt secluded and comfortable. And the fire pit was a nice bonus. The location of the cottage can't be beat with an easy walk to the beach and to the village, and the neighborhood was quiet when we were there for 11 nights.

Everything you need and great location

Up front, I chose this due to the location and price, which were both stellar. In the end, my husband and I were so pleased we found this cute cottage that we will definitely recommend it and stay again. It's perfect for a couple or a smaller family. The shower was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pleasant house but if you are a senior citizen...

We are in our 70's and the master bed was so high off the ground I could not safely get into it. There is a second bedroom with 2 single beds that I slept in. This has happened to us before as it must be a thing to have a high bed. We could not figure out the TV so we spent a few days without one. We would recommend a info sheet on directions how to operate. We enjoyed our time there and still would stay again.

Quaint and Great location!

Not luxury but perfect for a week at beach relaxing. Had everything we needed, including some bikes. Lots of wild life in the cozy backyard including bugs so take your bug repellent! We loved our stay.

Beautiful Beach Cottage in SSI

Proctor Cottage was as advertised. Nicely decorated, clean, and walking distance to the village. We’d definitely consider staying here again when we return to St. Simons Island.

Fabulous property

Had a great stay at Proctor Cottage. Great location and very private. We were surprised to find there were 2 bikes for us to use, which we really enjoyed! Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. My wife and I stayed at this property years ago and were happy to be able to stay again with our two children. It is a cute little house that was exactly what we needed. It is very close to the village so walking to breakfast and dinner was very simple. Even considering it’s proximity to the village it was extremely quiet at night.

Loved the place. Enjoyed that it was close to the village, pier, and lighthouse. Walked across street to Methodist Church. Used the fire pit several times, sitting under the large oaks and palms. Bathroom and kitchen are wonderful. Great, quiet neighborhood. We'd go back tomorrow, but It it's a long drive from the Kansas City area. So glad we found this listing on VRBO.

Place was cute and charming. Did have problem getting in as door needed to be pulled when entering security code, otherwise door couldn't be opened. Property manager graciously came right over to help.

Great Little Getaway
