“We were quite pleased overall with this home and really enjoyed it as the base for our stay on St. Simon’s Island! The location is excellent- we found plenty of enjoyable ways to pass the days. All worked well for us at the house… the grill was almost rusted through and ready to be replaced, but we were still able to use it. Kyle was wonderful to work with!”

“We loved the black pearl. Was perfect for us. Very clean, loved the retro kitchen. We had the carport side, which i liked. The blue pearl dosent. Will stay again. Only thing i could say. Do need blinds in bedroom. Host was great and stay was great!”

Nice sized living room and kitchen that we appreciated in the evenings. The host was very quick to respond both before and during our trip. Very nice area with so much to do - we will be back! ”

“Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes...
