  • If it is an ocean-view you are looking for then look no further!

    This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 3rd floor condominium at North Breakers has it from nearly every room.

    The living and dining area are uncommonly large and set the perfect stage for family gathering whether to play games, enjoy dinner or just watch some television.

    The master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath is just off the living area and has access to the front balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access overlooking the pool and hot tubs and the third bedroom offers 2 twins.

    The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

    To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually beginning in March through November, allowing for an extended swimming season.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing. The unit is very spacious and stocked well. Was very quiet and peaceful, which we enjoyed so much.

Clean and enjoyable

Nothing fancy but clean and easy beach access! We like that this condo complex is smaller. Beach and pool were not crowded at all in August!

Would I stay here again? Yes.The listing pictures are accurate, as this is one of the few condos in the building that directly face the ocean. It's an easy two flights of stairs up and the nearest stairwell is by the pool entrance. Random surprise: We prepare for Florida coast water which is a little "slimy" texture, but the tap water in this condo was fine. It was normal, which was a pleasant surprise to me. Back to the unit. The pool is well maintained and clean. There's a new wooden walkway from the property to the beach, that appears like it was installed in the past few weeks (guessing June 2026). All in all it's a great place to stay, in a great town.

Great Condo!

We had a great time at the condo! It was one of the most spacious condos we have stayed in and fir our family of 5 well (mom, dad, 2 teenagers and a pre-teen). The views were wonderful and the porch looks out on both the ocean and the pool. There is a fair walk to the beach, but not longer than other properties on East Beach. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Full Ocean View

For future guest. K-cups and drip coffee maker are in condo. If you need a personal fan, bring one. There are a couple of beach chairs in condo, but we did not use as it was cool at the beach. Condo could use a refresh but serviceable. 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms is a definite plus!

Short Stay

Arrived at this place and loved the location and the view. Large space, even though a little older decor. Issue arose first morning with workers redoing the pool right outside out windows. We called about this and were offered to move to another location that was two buildings away and turned out to be nicer and better! Even though a little inconvenient and we lost a day of relaxing, it all worked out well in the end!

Sisters get-away

Wonderful location and property. Would love to live there year round. Very quiet and peaceful! Great pool and a perfect place to vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer.
