Oceanside, Top & Center på Pier Pointe

  • Se när enstaka internationella fartyg passerar ditt "fönster mot havet" --- med havet mindre än 100 meter från din balkong --- när de kommer in i St. Simons Island Sound på väg till Brunswick Harbour. Från den stora lanai / balkongen. och från dalen, sovrummet eller poolområdet, observera dophiner som spelar i Atlanten. Denna nyrenoverade översta våningen, centralenheten (Penthouse) är en del av en lägenhetskomplex med 14 enheter (Pier Pointe) med gated ingångar men inga hinder mellan den och det vackra havet. Poolen är också havssidan. Svenskt bokträ täcker alla golv med undantag för baden, där massiva porslinskivor finns. Alla bänkskivor i badkar och i köket är vackert förbättrade med granit. En äkta lädersoffa och kärlekssoffa kompletterar din önskan om komfort vid havet. Njut av fiske från den närliggande piren, gå miles av stränder (tillgängliga framför detta komplex), eller shoppa eller äta middag i det närliggande "Village", känt för sina pittoreska butiker och restauranger! Observera: Denna lägenhet är en av två enheter i detta komplex med en balkong / Lanai i full storlek. (Det är den enda av denna större storlek på tredje / översta våningen.) Great place with a great view

Host was fast with communication and place was clean and smelled great if you’re looking for a great view of the pier on Saint Simons this is the place for you.

Beautiful Condo

We truly enjoyed this condo. It was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the balcony right on the water and the proximity to town was wonderful for being able to walk to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay so much. The view was just what we were looking for. Communication was excellent and the property was wonderful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for opening your home.

Terrific third floor unit (no elevator but it was a short walk), beautiful direct ocean view from an amazing balcony. Very clean and well decorated! Will stay again.

Great location

This is a lovely condo in a great location. It is roomy and is well equipped. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's close to the pier, a park, and a walkway along the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time at St. Simons Island!

Anniversary/summer vacation

This is our third trip to Saint Simons Island and second time staying at Pier Pointe. We absolutely love it. The location is perfect. It is right next to the pier and walking distance to great restaurants. While at the condo, we spent most of our time on the balcony. The big ships coming and going is quite a site to see.

Great Location

The penthouse condo is ideally located for easy walks to Pier Village (with several good restaurants and shops), the pier and Neptune Park. The view of St Simons Sound from the balcony is delightful, and access to beautiful public access beaches is less than 1.5 miles away. The unit is spacious, well-maintained and gets high marks for cleanliness. The pool provides a nice alternative to the beach, with good lounge chairs and view of the Sound. Definitely an enjoyable place to stay for a couple or a small family.

Great Rental!!

So happy we chose this rental! So comfortable, every amenity you can think of, views of pier and water felt like you were on a boat, close to shops and restaurants, easy walk to east beach, it had it all! We enjoyed exploring, learning the history and admiring the beauty of this beautiful island. Would suggest the St Simons trolley tour, finding the tree spirits and a day trip to Jekyll Island (driftwood beach at low tide). Watching the huge freighter ships go by and sunsets from the huge balcony was a bonus! Loved this rental!

Family vacation

We had an awesome week. The condo is exactly as described and was well stocked with all you need. It has amazing sunsets and ocean views. We saw dolphins swimming by daily and even saw several barges go by. The lanai was relaxing and there was always a nice ocean breeze. We enjoyed reading and eating on it. The condo was within walking distance to the lighthouse, library, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo right on the water, wonderful, huge balcony and comfortable furniture inside and out. Steps away from restaurants, pier park, the light house, and the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and furnished with very nice linens - you feel more like a house guest than a renter. We do a lot of cooking and found the kitchen provisions slightly lacking in that regard, but we're likely outliers in that respect and we did make do. Everything else exceeded expectations in every way, and we particularly appreciated the very comfortable bed.

Anniversary trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze. We were given all the info ahead of time & had no issues. We are both very particular about cleanliness & this condo was spotless. We felt like guests in someones home rather than a vacation rental. It was just as pictured. Very tastefully decorated but you also felt quite comfortable relaxing, there. The oceanfront balcony was wonderful & where we spent most of our time. We would highly recommend & will definitely stay there again when we return to St. Simons.

We spent Easter week at this beautiful condo and were blown away. Our favorite spot, obviously, was the large balcony overlooking the pier and the water. We slept with doors open and felt like we were sleeping on a yacht. The furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen well appointed. On Easter morning, we woke up to the sounds of activity on the pier and quickly got dressed and headed out to attend the sunrise service. It was cold and windy (the rest of our week had been summer-like) and there were hundreds in attendance. It was one of many highlights and we hope to return next year.

Best Location on St. Simons

This is the second time we have rented this condo. Everything is walkable. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. Watching the big freighters coming and going is our favorite pass time. We wouldn't stay anywhere else l Faye Franklin NC
