Nyligen ombyggda två sovrum två badrum vackert inredda lägenhet. Denna bottenvåningenhet finns i den önskvärda hamnen Oaks där du inte kan komma närmare allt som St. Simons har att erbjuda. Till vänster är bara några korta kvarter, Pier Village, där du hittar alla dina restauranger, shopping och sightseeing, inklusive fiskehamnen, ljust hus och Fun Zone med offentlig pool och putt putt kurs. Till höger är du mindre än en halv mil från de bästa stränderna på St. Simons vid kustbevakningsstationen. I denna enhet kommer du att njuta av ett rymligt vardagsrum med trägolv, stora ombyggda mästerbad, nya sängkläder och nya rostfria vitvaror i köket och ett separat läslokal utanför vardagsrummet. Golden Isles Reality is great to work with, very pleasant and most importantly reliable. The unit is beautiful equipped with everything you need. Well decorated in a tasteful nautical theme. I will say the carpets need to renewed. They are quite stained.

Our Peaceful But Close to the Action Condo

Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a quiet place where the grounds are beautifully kept like a garden and yet just a short walk down to the village, where you are in the midst of many restaurants, bars and the pier. The pier Village never ever gets old with the parade of people and dogs, always someone to talk to. The condo itself is large with two bedrooms and two baths. The furniture is elegant and sturdy, with comfortable beds and couch, a good easy chair. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The bedroom carpet does need a good steam cleaning.
