The Space:

This townhome is everything you could want for your visit to south SSI! It includes a 6-seater golf cart that can be rented for a fraction of the price the local golf cart rental companies charge! The golf cart can be driven on many of the main roads and back roads on SSI, including directly to the beach.

This beautifully appointed 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome on St. Simons Island just 3 miles to the beach. These are some of the newer homes available for vacation rentals on the island and one of the best parts is it has very easy access on/off the island. It's also walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and Red Fern village.   Walk right down to Red Fern to hear live music, have some great seafood and even do a little shopping!



The inside of this home is the classic definition of coastal chic.



The main floor has a chef's kitchen for you to prepare your own meals or have a local island chef come and cook for you!



The master bedroom has a large, comfy King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom has a Queen bed and one has bunk beds, with one full and one twin bed.



The outside of the home has a small patio area with a propane grill for your family barbeque time. You also are close to the pool where you can take a quick dip or spend the day lounging. The backyard is fenced in.



In addition, there are fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and two adult bikes plus one kid bike available for use. Note there is a 1 car garage but it's currently occupied by the owner's golfcart, so it can't be used. There is enough parking in the driveway for two vehicles. The golf cart now available for rent!



This home is pet-friendly. Up to 2 dogs under 30lbs are welcome with a $75 pet fee.

*Must be over 21 years old to rent, must provide a valid drivers license, must provide valid insurance, and must sign a waiver/terms and conditions.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Trailers, boats, planes are not allowed to be parked on this property per the condo association



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet and serene neighborhood right off Demere Road. You can even walk to many local restaurants and shops, include Red Fern village.



Other Things to Note:

For any stays 21 days or more, an additional cleaning fee of $145 will be assessed. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
