  • Real Escapes Properties är glada att erbjuda denna två sovrum, två badrum condo i Ocean Walk Community. Ocean Walk är en 16 tunnland, vackert anlagd gemenskap med århundrade gamla ekar och en damm. Bekvämligheter på plats inkluderar två pooler (varav en är uppvärmd), en fitnesskanal, tennisbanor, lekplats och klubbhus med internetuppkoppling.

    Två bekväma sovrum med två badrum. Stort vardagsrum med plattskärmad TV. Det finns en uteplats utanför vardagsrummet. Köket har haft några fina uppdateringar tillsammans med nya golv. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, gästrummet har två tvillingar. Så mycket att göra, fisk i sjön eller mata ankorna. Spela basket, eller swing på lekplatsen, eller ha ett bra träning i träningsrummet som över ser sjön. Ocean Walk är en kort promenad till piren där crabbing alltid är kul. Bygg sandslott eller flyga drakar på stranden. Du kan cykla över hela ön. Kom och stanna hos oss och bli kär i St. Simons och Ocean Walk. 0. 9 Miles till byn, strand och brygga.

We ended up not staying in the condo we originally booked due to the previous renter extending their stay. Real Escapes quickly resolved the issue and gave us three options of other available units. Check in/out process was super easy. Definitely renting from them again in the future!

Perfect condo!

Wonderfully kept quiet condo, perfect location with great amenities. Decor was great, kitchen, and linens were well stocked for all of our needs all the appliance were in perfect working order! Had an umbrella and a cooler to use which was very helpful! .Great view of the pond and water feature, great location to the pools and clubhouse . The only complaint were the mattresses were not that comfortable and very squeaky.

The property was outdated & not nearly as nice as other places we’ve stayed in the area for similar cost. The TV’s are hard to figure out (teenagers were unable to figure the tv out in the 2nd bedroom). The vent in the main bathroom barely works, causing mold in the bathroom & on the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom across the hall. I don’t recommend this rental.

Great location

Needs some updates. The sliding door was hard to open. Track is worn out. Outside plug does not work. Needed outside hose to rinse off sand on chairs and sand shoes before entering the condo. Like I said the location was great and the grounds were nice.
