âThe personnel at the hotel had a lazy attitude and were not nice or polite. I never saw anyone of them with a smile, they were almost rude and seemed as though they did not want to help. The only person who actually was polite and gave good service was the one bartender at the hotelâs rooftop pool bar, but she was the only one that was polite.

âDie ganze Anlage ist wie ein kleines Dorf angelegt - ein schöner Marktplatz mit den Restaurants und einer Bar - wenn man abends dort sitzt fĂŒhlt es sich gar nicht wie in einem Hotel an :) alles ist wunderschön bepflanzt - es gibt einen kleinen Tierpark, einen Mega wasserpark, immer kalte GetrĂ€nke und super leckeres Essen. âVery nice staff, daily cleaning, good breakfast, and only 5 minutes to the beach. There are even small supermarkets nearby. The woman at the reception booked a taxi for us to the airport and was very polite and helpful. The surroundings were very beautiful, quiet, and full of nature. Overall, it was a very good resort for a family.
