“We had such a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and I really appreciated how attentive Mr. Jon was in checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.”

“It was in a great location very clean.”

“Absolutely enjoyed our stay!! Would definitely consider booking again next time we decide to come back to DC!!”

“I would stay here again. Very nice location.”

“I very much appreciated the ease with which I was able to arrange for the stay, make a change when I needed to, and get in and out as I needed.”

“Great spot just east of everything you’d want to do in DC. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook your own food but incredibly quick access to the subway. Trader Joe’s and some amazing restaurants are 2 stops away on the subway and all the major sights are 5 or 6 stops away. Park here and don’t drive the entire time you’re in DC!”

“Just as described only things was the parking it wasn't very easy to find”

“Great apartment, wonderful location! Would stay again anytime we're back in DC.”

“My wife’s and my first trip to DC and it went perfectly. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The unit was perfect for our needs. It was about a 15 minute walk to the capital and a shorter walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Never needed the car. The room is small but very comfortable and quiet in a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was clean, and overall it worked well for our two-night stay. Parking wasn't always easy to find, but it wasn't terrible either. One thing to note is that the futon shown in the listing has been replaced with a couch and chaise lounge, which wasn't the most comfortable for sitting.I would recommend doing your research on the neighborhood before booking to make sure the location fits your plans and comfort level. Overall, it met our needs for a short stay”

“Very clean and only a 9 min drive to the jfk stadium. There was some walking sounds upstairs but that was to be expected and it wasn't bad. The history responded to my questions and the room was very clean. Towels and sheets were provided and clean.”

“Would recommend to anyone traveling to the DC area”

“The apartment is very nice and it's location is great. The owner is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here.”

“Location, location, and LOCATION! In a nice quaint neighborhood In Capitol Hill … walking distance to the Capitol and Supreme Court. Condo was really nice - well stocked, with great kitchen. REPEAT FOR ME!”

“This basement apartment was perfect for our weekend visit to DC. It was clean and had what we needed. It was close to the Market Garden Metro station, making it very convenient to get to the National Mall area. Thanks!”

“I’m so glad we found this place! Just perfect for a visit to Washington DC. We walked to Eastern Market and took the Metro all over DC. We had an amazing stay!”

“Quiet and comfortable unit. It was a very short walk to the Metro. We recommend it and would definitely stay there again.”

“Excellent property, downstairs basement unit nicely remodeled. Very comfortable modern space with a good kitchen, nice sitting area and bedroom with bathroom. Very convenient to walk to the Capitol building, Supreme Court. Very nice neighborhood for walking. Hosts printed my parking pass which was much appreciated as I arrived late. Can be tricky to find a space, but with persistence you will in Zone 6.”
