“Very fun 1970's retro styled house. Me and my 3 daugthers stayed. Plenty of room. We played board games and watched movies on all of the very large screen tv's. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. ”

“Lovely long weekend visiting our daughter at UK. The property was clean and well equipped. The beds were all comfy. The owner was more than accommodating and responsive. The location was central and within easy driving distance of campus and local attractions. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Although a very nice cottage near the ark we would not call it wheelchair accessible inside. Bath tub was not usable in our case. Rooms downstairs stated one with twin beds that were trundle not bunk and room not big enough to comfortably set it up. Toilet is in large wash/furnace area accessible only through one bedroom. Awkward to access. ”

Safety of the motion sensor lights at the front and back doors and the snow melting pads while weren't needed during our stay definitely says the property owner wants to keep their guests safe. It's a beautiful home out in the country but still close enough to town to be convenient. The kitchen was fully accommodating, comfortable living room and the beds were great. “This is the perfect home for enjoying the bourbon trail, spending time with family, and outdoor space for pet. The home has very spacious bedrooms and living/dining space as well as nicely appointed kitchen. The outdoor space was large enough for our Labrador to run and play as well as enjoy a nice fire.
