“Nos alojamos en el Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá y fue una experiencia muy agradable.
La atmósfera del hotel es acogedora y elegante, con una hermosa combinación de encanto histórico y confort moderno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia.
Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rápida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación sin ningún inconveniente....

“Perfect location for our Madrid adventure! With Plaza de España a few steps away, the playground was our kids favorite place! A short walk to the Royal Palace, Madrid Cathedral, shopping and many other sites. There’s also the free bus 001? on Gran Via to take you to the Museo del Prado and other sites. "Centralt beläget hotell. Stort urval av restauranger och shopping. Möjlighet att boka olika utflykter. Vi rekommenderar även att man går en guidad stadstur; det är både lärorikt och intressant. Flera stadsturer utgår från Puerta del Sol."
"Loved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we weren’t bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.
