“The cabin was small but cute and very well equipped. The setting was stunning. A shaded grassy yard leads to the river, which was beautiful and had a view of the mountains. The river was swift but very shallow. Not deep enough to kayak or canoe but perfect for a beach chair with your feet in the water. “My bf and I booked a weekend trip to visit the Luray caverns and area. We LOVED our stay at this cozy cabin. It was surrounded by beautiful nature and had so many amenities inside. Loved that they have a ton of board games, darts, foosball, TVs etc. The hosts, Kyle and Sherae were very responsive and the check in and check out processes were super easy. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“Property was as shown in the listing. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Really close to Front Royal for groceries and restaurants, but feels secluded. We weren't able to swim because the river was a bit high, but the steps down to the river are a cool hike with pretty rock formations. “We had an amazing time at this cabin along the Shenandoah River. It was a very private secluded area. We enjoyed the wildlife and sounds of the birds as we drank our morning coffee/tea. The driveway entrance was a little tricky getting in and out of and we were thankful that we did not encounter anyone else on the private lane from the 2 other cabins there. “We really enjoyed staying in this cozy house in the woods. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or kayaking the Shenandoah. We had a campfire and used the hottub daily. Plenty of room for each of us to have our own space, but cozy enough for gamenights, too! ”

“Put simply: I wish we would have stayed longer. The Shenandoah area is wonderful and the only way to make it even better is to have a place to call home when you are there. Our kids (ages 5 to 11) LOVED the hot tub, toys, comfy beds, and short drive to so many adventures! It helped to made our quick vacation, a FAMILY vacation. And the communication with the host was always timely and friendly. It felt like a full service set up. Wow :)”
