“This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay ”

“For the condition of the property, it was clean and comfortable. However, it was much more run down than I expected it to be. I felt very safe, and the owner was awesome in communicating and providing everything we needed. It is just a much more dated, older house than I expected.”

“Good, safe location with nice neighbors. House is exactly as described - 2BR, 1BA with a nice carport for parking in the back. Communications and check-in/out were very easy with the owner. The mattresses were comfortable, WiFi was plenty strong, and A/C was able to keep up on some very hot summer days and nights. Overall a good value and I would stay here again if in the area.”

“There were some minor issues but Taylor responded right away and was able to help us get them resolved. Overall a great place to stay if you’re traveling with a family. ”

“My friends and I came into town for a Mississippi State football game and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Great shared spaces to hang out, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, and walking distance to both the main bar street and the stadium. The neighborhood is definitely in the process of revitalization but we had no issues walking through it at all times of day and the neighbors were very friendly, even to opposing fans. Would definitely recommend this...
