“We stayed for a few days for my daughters college graduation! It was very clean, accurate on line descriptions and photos! owner very friendly and quick to respond and communicate! Great location downtown Statesboro, convenient to any events in town for and short walk just downstairs to Bull&Barrell steakhouse which also was great food and service! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and also stay again!”

“Overall pleased with the property. Good alternative to Statesboro hotels when you need more than one guest room. One item to be aware of is that residents within the property do not keep the atrium door locked (I locked it on multiple occasions to return to the door unlocked) - we did not have any issues but just know that the front door may be your only line of security.”

“Everything was fresh and new. Beds very comfy. Full kitchen with a full fridge was a plus. Since it was a newly built cottage, I’m sure they’ll be adding more amenities. I would recommend a dresser for clothes and a bench to sit on outside. If I’m ever in Reidsville again, I will definitely stay here again .”

“Lovely home & setting. Very peaceful. Lots of nice touches…snacks, popcorn machine, wood for outdoor fire & supplies for s’mores, breakfast foods available, etc. Owner very responsive, polite & easy to work with. Only complaint about the house was it needed a good deep cleaning. I’m sure it’s hard to accomplish this with the few hours they have between check out & check in. We did have issues with the listing on VRBO - when booked (almost a year ago) the listing did say events up to 50 people....

“Host is attentive to issues and is very communicative. As other reviews have mentioned the check in and out process is a little over the top. The AC is shut off after each renter so be prepared to arrive to 85 degrees and have to wait for the house to cool down once you turn on at check in if staying during hot weather.”
