âPerfect location for our one night stay in Naples. Aida and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts! Short walk <2 min from the Toledo Metro and with plenty of food options on the Main Street/side streets. We stayed in the Havana room - comfortable bed, great AC and shower, etc We would stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back again!â

âStayed in the single room with small balcony for one night. Room allocated overlooked a busy side street. You can hear the hustle and bustle noise from the street below when windows are left open and there is absolutely no noise when all windows are closed :-). I'd recommend staying for 1 or 2 night's stay in the room. The property is well situated for local shops, bars, restaurants and very safe for single female travellers. âWe had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

âThe property is very new and very clean. Itâs just as pictured. Self check in is very easy and it was quite convenient since we arrived a little bit early and since it was already clean luckily we were able to get in right away. Host is super friendly and helpful. Itâs located at a very safe zone compared to the rest of Napoli. Just walking out of the property thereâs a taxi station and a mayor brand hotel so the area from there to the Via Toledo and to the Port are both nice. â

âModernt renoverat rum i lugnt omrĂ„de. Rummet var rent och snyggt nĂ€r vi kom dit, bodde bara 2 nĂ€tter, sĂ„ det var ingen stĂ€dning under vĂ„r vistelse. Fanns mĂ„nga olika parkeringsgarage i nĂ€rheten, sĂ„ det var aldrig nĂ„gra problem att stĂ€lla bilen. GĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till Centro Historico. Mycket trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam vĂ€rd. Besöker vi Neapel igen sĂ„ kommer vi gĂ€rna tillbaka hit.â

âLuigi our host was fabulous. He was so helpful. Helped us try and arrange private transport and then arranged a taxi for us late at night to leave in the morning that arrived on time and he negotiated a set price for us also. Couldnât be more thankful. Apartment was beautiful, newly renovated, balcony to sit on and enjoy the sites of Napoli. Walking distance to main attractions and city and port where we arrived from Sorrento. Highly recommend!â

âWe used this property as our first and last night in Italy. Worked well for our travel in and out of Naples. Anna was extremely accommodating and friendly. The property itself was in a great spot for getting on the train to Sorrento (Although we did have to take two different ones). Lots of cafes and shopping. â

âDue Kommunikation war super, die Gastgeberin war am Telefon sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, groĂ und befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage. In der NĂ€he vom Hafen, dem Burg und der langen StraĂe Via Toledo. Sehr viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind zu FuĂ erreichbar. âWir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Gianluca hat uns gute Tipps fĂŒr Restaurants und "Things to Do" gegeben. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Badezimmer hat etwas nach Abfluss gerochen, obwohl es sehr sauber war. Wir hatten ein Fenster mit Oberlicht zum Flur, weswegen auch Nachts Licht ins Zimmer schien. Schlafbrille mitnehmen. â
