“It was great!”

“The beds were comfortable. Nice and clean good location for the church we were visiting.”

“It is very quiet and adorable rural home.”

“Address number wasn't listed on the mailbox or house, so it was hard to know if we were at the right place. The entrance was poorly lit, under a dark deck, with no house number. Couch was old and stained and creamer was curdled. On a positive note the rest of the place was clean and the streaming services were easily accessible.”

“Very clean”

“We had such a lovely stay. Linda was attentive and helpful, and the location was great for visiting Bentonville and Eureka Springs. We especially loved the opportunity to experiment with painting with the paints and rocks provided at the cabin.”

“This was an amazing rental home with all the “creature comforts” at your disposal. They truly thought of any and all needs you might have. It was “squeaky clean” in all areas. The host was very good with communication throughout the period from when I booked until the actual stay-prior, during and after. When in the Bella Vista region again, will definitely book with this particular provider.”

“Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! It was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The location was perfect-peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, while still being a short drive to trails, golf, and nearby Bentonville. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Bella Vista!”

“Jim and Jae are excellent hosts! It’s an excellent space to rest and relax. Lake view is magnificent!”

“It was a very quiet beautiful place. Very put together. There was plenty of things to do in the area and the host is very kind and friendly very welcoming and willing to help in anyway is needed.”

“The house was clean, our host was very accommodating, beautiful location, quiet and peaceful here”

“Wonderful getaway!”

“Beautiful home. Host supplied coffee and sugar…even the powdered cream would have been a nice touch”

“Just a great place. Thank you Paul and LeighAnne for an amazing weekend!”

“Such a beautiful property! Made our special day so so perfect, host is incredible and extremely accommodating!! One of the best stays I have had! Amazing for large events, we had our wedding here and have had so much positive feedback about the property!”

“Had everything needed for a comfortable stay!”

“Beautiful, clean, well stocked property. Easily accommodated 6 adults and 8 kids. Plenty of room to enjoy, especially the open kitchen with all the pots/Utensils our crowd needed. So clean and well maintained it felt like a new build. Highly recommend! 100% Big family from Lee's Summit MO”

“Exceptionally clean, wonderful balconies, the community is terrific (hiking, playgrounds, pools, etc.)”

“Wonderful rental. Host was flexible regarding our small pets. Host also quickly communicated and responded to our question and requests. Nice stay for our week of house hunting.”
