“The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything i needed to cook meals. They supplied coffee pods, cream & sugar, hand washing soap, trash bags, paper towels…. really just bring your food. the showers included body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. The weather got cold, Temperatures of 18 degrees the morning we left so being able to put car in garage while loading was nice. The big fenced back yard for my dog was great and the hot tub was hot with strong jets. It...

“Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!We have stayed in several Bella Vista, AR VRBOs over the last 18 months, and this has been by far the best. Great location, well maintained with a great divided floor plan, large garage, and nice deck. Everything worked well including WIFI. Includes both drip and Keurig coffee pods with filters and pods provided. Full washer/Dryer; laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided as well. All the comforts most owners avoid. Host provided excellent communication...

“Excellent hosts, very comfortable and clean! It felt brand new! The views of the lake and the fall colors were gorgeous. We even saw a bald eagle twice while we were there. Locally owned restaurants are nearby and the bike trails were very accessible. The kitchen was full size and felt like home. We would definitely book again!”

“The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is only a short walk from the downtown area and there is a bike shop/pizza place right across the street. The host was a delight and assisted me several times - picking the right mountain bike trails. Note: you do need to walk up some stairs to get to the accomidations.”
