The majestic Mount Kazbek, standing at 5033 metres above sea level. When we arrived into Kazbegi the mountain was all in shade and there was a lot of cloud around. However when we awoke the next morning, this was our view from the balcony of our room at Rooms Hotel Kazbegi. Great choice to stay in Stepantsminda. The hotel is walking distance to the main town if you want to eat there. Yet, food at the hotel is spectacular!! It was a great hotel with a nice breakfast and good service. Comfortable beds. The only thing is that it wasn’t located where it said on the map on hotels.com
