“Beautiful stay and was everything the posting said it would be. The hosts are extremely generous in sharing their property, gardens and kayaks to access the quiet water off of their property. We loved it. ”

“Just an incredibly beautiful property and perfect little place for my spouse and two teens. Brought my kayak and paddled every day. My family and I hiked, picked blueberries and went whale watching. From the house we saw bald eagles, osprey, terns and all kinds of other birds in the air — plus seals and porpoises in the water. The fire pit was a great way to end each day. ”

“The house is in a wonderful location and made a great home base for our trip. That said, there were a few details that could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience. We noticed some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly—particularly under the furniture and around the shower vent. The dryer seemed like it could use a little maintenance, and there were towels left inside, along with dishes in the dishwasher, which isn’t something we’ve experienced at other VRBOs.The...

The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful July 4th wknd stay. There’s a wonderful place across the street for breakfast, coffee, ice cream etc. thanks for a great stay!”

“This is a beautiful and quiet location. It was cozy, clean, and had the simple essentials that were needed to cook, enjoy fires, and clean up after ourselves. Everything was easy to find and the host was communicative! ”

“Jayme-Lou was an amazing host! House was clean, it was quiet, she provided amazing recommendations, very friendly, and overall amazing! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, if we ever go to Maine again we will definitely stay here again! We mainly came for Acadia National Park and the drive from the house to the park was gorgeous and didn’t take long. Plenty of places to stop as well. Thank you for everything!!!”

“Otter Creek Cottage worked very well for our group of six adults (two couples and two singles), it would also work great for someone with kids (the attic has so much room)! The property manager, Tim, was very responsive. Location is convenient to both Bar Harbor and Acadia, and an easy trip to Roosevelt-Campobello, and so many other things. Kitchen is very well stocked (loved the storage options)! The area is quiet, we enjoyed the back yard (plenty of seating), easy walk to a small market. ...

“This camp is a great place to unwind! The boulder deck is an awesome place to relax and enjoy an adult beverage. Check-in was a breeze, and Mike corrected a sleeping arrangement issue quickly. I spent most mornings drinking my coffee on the deck. It was a great way to start my day. The internet was intermittent, so streaming a movie at night may be an issue. All in all, it was a great place to spend two weeks enjoying Down East.”
