“The staff was excellent. We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay.”

"Very friendly and helpful staff in both the restaurant and housekeeping. A special thanks to Rosmir, Ana, Jackline, and Lucas, just to mention a few. The rooms are quite simple, but they offer good value for money. San Juan is a calm and relaxing area to stay in. Beautiful view over the lake. It’s great to have breakfast included, very convenient. Although it would be great to see a bit more variety, especially when it comes to the egg options."
