“Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere. However, there were a few things that could be improved. “From start to finish it was a horrible experience! We had to change key cards three times, there was no hot water, no WiFi, no working tv. Our room was in poor condition and they really need to look after their installations better. They made several mistakes with our booking resulting in me getting charged three times! The check in took close to an hour. The staff was rude and not helpful at all and not a single time did we get an apology or any kind of compensation. A huge disappointment! ”
