House was perfect - each group had their own private room complete with ensuite. Pool was fabulous and a short walk to the beach. House supplied wagons, umbrellas etc. everything required for a successful beach day. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Our cook provided meals better than any restaurant. “Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. “Enjoyed a lovely view overloking the pool and Banderas Bay. Hotel went above and got me a mini-fridge for my meds. Taxi to Malecon or Rio Cuale 100 - 125 pesos. Only con, were the low toilets, which for a person with bad knees and back, resulted in much pain. Otherwise, there were elevators and ramps for those who need wheelchairs. No pool or beach access for those in a wheelchair. Lovely place.”
