“This house was very cute the pictures dont do it justice. I stayed the weekend here with my husband an 2 kids 7 & 10. I communicated with the host Eric but his wife Teresa was the 1 to actully received us, which was even better being received by her she was lovely and had excellent style. Eric was very quick with responding. I asked a special request of him if he was able to do so and he did so which was very cool. I changed my check in time to an earlier time amd check out time ki changed twice...

“This property is breathtaking. It is so open and all 5 bedrooms have a balcony that overlook the ocean so there is no bad room. Each bedroom has it's own private bath. Only one bedroom has it's bathroom across the hall but not a bid deal. The service and meals that we received from Carolina and Ericka was 100% amazing. “Nice house First time of having a chef and a great helper. Food was awesome. Pool is very small but worst memory were the beds are so hard that we did not look forward to going to sleep. Location of house is over 30 minutes to town. Owner did not get back to us regarding tipping of daily housekeeper which really was not needed, yet we were expected to tip her also. Being on the ocean was enjoyable. No access and no beach, but very relaxing The customs at airport was a very negative start. Took...

“This ocean front beach property is beautiful , just steps away from the sand and ocean, although it needs a little bit of maintenance in some areas , we were happy and had a great time , service crew was very nice and helpful , some house items need to be upgraded ASAP , like bathroom towels and bed sheets are old and weary, another downside was that when it rains , in some rooms water poores thru the windows , food is just basic, nothing special , firts 2 days food was served in poor portions...

“Stayed here with 19 others for a bachelor party. It's a fantastic place, 5 min walk from the beach, and 15 min from the marina area. An easy 10-25min uber to the popular neighbourhoods in PV. The host Arnold was extremely communicative, immediately smoothed over some issues that came up. All in all a 5 star experience!”

“House and pools were amazing, beds super comfortable, layout of house perfect for adult couples. We hired a chef for two days, highly recommend. We rented golf carts to go to town, definitely too far to walk. It was so nice to not hear the nightlife noise until 4:00 am, but still enjoy all Sayulita has to offer. I would stay here again for sure.”

“Enjoyed a lovely view overloking the pool and Banderas Bay. Hotel went above and got me a mini-fridge for my meds. Taxi to Malecon or Rio Cuale 100 - 125 pesos. Only con, were the low toilets, which for a person with bad knees and back, resulted in much pain. Otherwise, there were elevators and ramps for those who need wheelchairs. No pool or beach access for those in a wheelchair. Lovely place.”
