“We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. Worked well as a vacation spot for the family member who needed to be at Mayo for appointments one of the days—less than an hour drive away.
