“We were there in mid July on a hot week. We loved the privacy and how quiet the property was! We spent most days down on the dock, swimming and fishing. The living room has a window that is wall sized and swings open to allow a breeze of the pond which was great in the evening. We did not have any issues with bugs entering the cabin during our stay. “We had a wonderful time at your Lakefront Lodge! There was something for everyone! Sunfish, kayaks, an awesome beach to lounge and pups to play. The Lodge was perfectly appointed and plenty of room to socialize and the views of Chalk Pond were gorgeous! We definitely want to return ”

“Very quiet area, barely ever heard the neighbors. Comfortable living room, well stocked kitchen-we cooked many meals, very comfortable beds. It was easy to make ourselves at home but not feel on top of each other. Loved that there was a fenced area out the back door for our dog Max, who also enjoyed using someone else’s bed! “The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there.”
