“I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Byre Cottage in North Yorkshire. The cottage is beautiful, cosy, and full of character, with a lovely fireplace that made the evenings especially relaxing and warm. The location is absolutely stunning, set between peaceful farmland and rolling hills, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay”
