“Nice escape with close proximity to hiking and fishing. Lots of space both inside and out with a nice kitchen stocked with spices. The lake is very close, but didn’t look suitable for swimming”

“Host was absolutely amazing! I asked for some suggestions regarding hiking and got a quick response with an amazing list of hikes , this near the property, and restaurants. Then I was confused about check out (my fault not their’s) and got another immediate response with super clear instructions. The property was great, the distance to restaurants and coffee were a bit off but nothing that was problematic. Highly recommended!”

“Loved everything about it. The train and hottub were a beautiful bonus to an already cozy place. Autism friendly atmosphere! Very calming. The location is perfect if you are looking for the peace and serenity of Virginia country living. Highly recommend! ”

“Clean, well-equipped, and cozy. Nothing bad to say about the cottage. Communication and check in process was a breeze. Town is very quiet, but cottage is a short drive to several nice spots. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Shenandoah National Park! The house is very big and spacious—even more than it appears in the pictures. It’s tucked away in the mountains, offering stunning views, especially in the morning. Just be aware that the house is located off a non-paved road, so it’s best to arrive before dark, as the drive can be tricky at night.The location is very close to Luray Caverns, which made day trips super convenient. The play area and hot tub were great...
