• Access to the large, fully fenced backyard, which is shared with the first-floor unit.

• Use of beach essentials. Perfect for nearby DuBois Beach.

Interaction With Guests
We give our guests space but are available when needed. You can self-check-in upon arrival. We are just a phone call or message away if you have any questions or need recommendations during your stay.

• Stairs Required: This is a two-level apartment located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and requires climbing stairs to access.
• Shared Backyard: The spacious backyard is a shared amenity with guests from the first-floor unit. Each apartment has its own dedicated BBQ grill and outdoor dining furniture for private use.
• Property Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property monitoring the premises.
• Parking for up to 3 vehicles from the Trumball Street side of property.
