“Easy access to get in apartment, nice neighborhood. Apartment had the necessities except no washer or dryer on premises you had to drive 5 minutes to a laundrymat. Place was clean and it was close to downtown and train 5 minutes away overall place was decent and i would stay again. The tv was a problem only has roku which is only old tv shows and movies wanted live tv but didn't have that.”

“When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. “The cottage was contemporary and cozy, immaculate and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was so well appointed that had we not been gathering elsewhere for family lunches/dinners over the holiday week, I would have really enjoyed cooking/baking in it. “Really nice place all around with an amazing view. Hosts have have put thoughtful details in and it shows. We had a minor issue (something we probably should've figured out) and they were happy to help almost immediately after letting them know. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, spices, and coffee we needed. Definitely recommend. ”

“Highland falls is a dump. WE WERE LOCKED OUT AFTER 1day of a 2 day stay. Very FEW window coverings and no black out in bedroom. You’ll be up at dawn. WIFI is TERRIBLE!!! Dealing with the owner/property management company was a HASSLE. First, you cannot pay through VRBO. The property manager sent me links to pay that did not work and wasted 4 hours of my time just trying to get payment to their platform. “Great location…we walked to the Saturday Farmers Market and to the little shops in Highland Falls. Definitely recommend Andy’s for breakfast and Westy’s for a great hangout place in the evenings. Don’t miss the history of West Point!”
