“The reservation was done by a third party, when I got to the Apt it didn’t included washer & dryer. It was an unwelcome surprise.Everything else was good.”

“The place is just as described. Right on the beach in a lovely section of Isla Verde. The beach is great, there is a nice pool and the location is easy for restaurants and the super market. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed coffee there to start our day. Having a washer and dryer is a plus as well. Big bonus, cable TV. We have found most rentals don’t have cable so we were able watch the playoffs on the comfortable sofa after a day at the beach. Would surely stay there again.”

“Apartment was identical to the listing. The apartment was very clean and included cooking, cleaning and blackout essentials if needed. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Best part was hearing the sounds of the ocean at night. Close to everything and I would definitely return. ”

“This location is perfect for people looking for a quiet getaway. The water is perfect and the condo is as described. You open the door and are two steps from the sand. The host and cleaning crew are also pleasant and welcoming. We hope to stay again! ”

“Lovely, excellently equipped condominium just a few steps from the beach and pool. The beach is a bit rocky and not the best for swimming but, as older travelers, we were fine just sitting on the sand and swimming in the pool We did see several folks snorkeling. ”

“En general las instalaciones están muy bien (jardines, piscinas, etc) Fuimos bien recibidos y ubicados rapidamente El apartamento estuvo bastante bien aunque pueden mejorar 2 detalles: limpieza en puertas y limpiar o cambiar cojines del balcón. También cambiar toallas porque ya el olor no es agradable. Del resto todo bien y el sitio es muy tránquilo y relajante”

“Everything was perfect. The owner replies quickly and the property manager was on time with the keys and available if we needed him. Both very friendly.The condo was in a great location, secure and very well maintained. Cute decor and had beach chairs, beach towels and coolers available. The A/C worked great which are a must in PR. Nice Beach just foot steps away. We will definitely be using this place again ”

“Listed as a 2 bedroom, it was a 1 bedroom with pull out sofa in living room. That is a big problem for 2 female friends. Would not have stayed there had we known this. Information of surrounding area needs to be updated . Location was great, staff was friendly.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this location. The condo was beautiful, clean, inviting and a walk to the beach. It was accessible to all of the tourist activities we wanted to do. The host was incredible and very attentive. Overall, great stay! Highly recommend.”
