“Great property! I didnt like they charge you $20 per day upon arrival which i didn't know until i got there. Plus, i receive a text yesterday from someone there asking me what happen to one of the knives there and why they found it broken. They asked me to pay to replace which I thought was odd!!”

Bad: convoluted check in procedure, only 1 entry key, no on site parking although listing states there’s on site parking, no pool as it was under repair yet not reflected in the listing, non functional microwave (as previous guest noted) until I pressed to get a new microwave which I picked up from a local store, no proper kitchen knife to prep food, fridge/freezer had frost build up inside, no live cable TV or phone as advertised. “The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”
