“The beach was so beautiful, clear blue water and soft white sand. It is also close to the buffet restaurant with a large variety of food and drinks also large dining area with a variety of food. Large pool area with entertainment, fun and exercise. Evening entertainment in lobby, beach and theater. Great place, looking forward to going back. ”

“Don’t go to the spa. They don’t know what they’re doing. I went for a massage and she cracked my back like a chiropractor. I told my chiropractor and he said she could’ve damaged my back because she’s not trained to do that. The spa is overpriced and you feel like you’re on a time clock to rush out of there.”

“Decor and style of the resort is very nice. Bedding is thin, no robes or slippers for regular guests. The beach is pretty, but not walkable beyond the resort, or at least not recommended to do so. Food was okay, you won’t go hungry. The coffee shop wasn’t good. Pools were not cleaned frequently enough or had bad filtration, we had a swim up suite and besides dumping of chemicals, in 5 days we never saw someone physically clean it once and it showed. Would I personally stay here again? No. But if...

“My family loved Ocean El Faro. Our concierge Miguel Garrido was a great host/guide. He arranged all our dinners and he helped us check out promptly. We enjoyed eating at the burger bar. The kids loved the splash pad. The beach and the lazy river. They enjoyed dancing in the sqaure every night. We had a wonderful experience. ”
