“The check in process was sloppy and disorganized. However, the staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the Arcadia door was defective. The latch was broken and sheet metal was torn to the point where if you were not careful you could cut your hand open, also the screws on the door frame were loose.
The cooks at the outdoor snack bar by the pool area were sweaty (understandable since it’s outdoor) but they did not appear as clean as one would like. A cook was handling...

“Star rating borde vara 3 inte 5 Star.
Ala carte och buffet restauranger klart under medel.
Läge vid stranden mycket bra fint poolområde.
Kommer inte att återvända till detta hotel vid nästa besök till PC.”

“We stayed at Iberostar Coral Bávaro during the first week of July after paying about $500 extra for the Coral upgrade, expecting a noticeably more premium experience. Unfortunately, the differences between Coral and the regular Iberostar Selection Bávaro were minimal. Even staff mentioned there wasn't much difference.
The biggest disappointment was the dining. Los Haitises (the main buffet at Bávaro Selection) had a much larger variety and better selection than El Faro, the exclusive Coral...
