They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. “This place is incredible! It’s tucked away from the tourism hustle and bustle! It’s so peaceful and quiet. The beach is just feet away! The property is breathtaking.
