“Stayed 8 nights at Glenview Cottages in early November. There were a lot more guest this time around vs the last time I was there. Only a 10 minute drive to get into SSM for me. Liked the kitchen and the ability to go for a walk around the property. Bed was comfortable and the road noise was minimal at night.Would stay again. ”

“There was a terrible smell in the house. Smelled smoky, even though there were "No Smoking" signs posted in several places. I bought a neutralizing spray and used it every time we entered and exited. It helped a little. Beds were comfortable. We were cold the first night because I didn't know right away how to adjust the thermostat. Shower was new and nice. We arrived in the dark and there was a couple of "scary" people on the front steps. It felt safer in the daylight. ”

“Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. We slept very well. All furniture was comfortable and little that I could suggest to improve. Did not take advantage of the outside fire pit as we were gone most...

“Property is pet friendly, staff were great they respond in a timely manner, we were so anxious for our cabin because of the previous reviews that it was smelly, but when we got there it was perfect, no smells at all. Great views of the lake in front, moorehaven cabin has sunroom with screen perfect for summer safe from mosqhito bites! Highly recommended.”
