“I’ve stayed in two of the four condos in the building. Always takes no time to settle in and feel like it’s a second home. Every amenity anyone could want along with an incredibly responsive and helpful host. My only problem is when the condos are already booked because it is really my favorite place in Newton to stay by a wide margin.”

“JP is a wonderful neighborhood. If you enjoy walking, everything is not too far. There are bakeries, local shops, food, ice cream, drug stores, hardware stores, and nice restaurants. There are also lots of parks and places to walk. The metro or T as it is known here, is also a short walk. Very easy to get downtown if you need to.”

“Stayed here for one night with my son when we arrived in Boston to launch our week of college visits. It is walkable to tufts and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Communication with the host with my only complaint. We had questions ahead of time that went unanswered. They were clear instructions inside the unit itself but no help ahead of time from the host. My main concern was parking street parking is available though it was jammed up when we arrived. It did open up later in the evening....

Only downside is that this great hotel seems to be so popular so sometimes its hard to book.
