“Hot water non existent, could be called occasionally warm at best. No microwave. “Large TV” maybe 25”. Lighting very dim, that may have been a blessing. All this we were willing to endure until we tried to use jacuzzi the night before we checked out and there was no way to use it as the water was way too cold. Next morning no one at desk to let them know these issues and had to go to the clarion next door. Nothing they could do but have them call us. They eventually did and said it was our fault...

“We stayed one night. Our room was old but very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and there were extra towels. The only issue was the TV volume was messed up and would go from quiet to loud and couldn’t be adjusted. It would be nice to have several bottles of water for guests since it’s so out of the way. I suggest that you bring food and drinks with you. We did end up going to the general store at the neighbor property Inn at Stonecliffe to buy water....
