Situated on the 3rd floor of a residence with a lift, it is located in the sought-after Krutenau district.

Ideal for up to 4 guests and able to accommodate up to 6 people, this 75 m² apartment stands out for its modern comfort, natural light, and two bedrooms, each with its own workspace. Perfect for a family holiday, a trip with friends, or a business stay, it offers a welcoming and relaxing setting close to all amenities.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, cleaning is included and high quality 4 star hotel standard linen (bed linen, towels and tea towels) is provided. For your comfort, the beds will be carefully made before your arrival.


The apartment is laid out as follows :

- A bright and welcoming 17 m² living area, featuring a TV, a double sofa bed (150 × 200 cm), and a dining area with a large dining table (160 × 90 cm) seating up to 6 guests, ideal for sharing enjoyable moments together.
- A pleasant balcony on the kitchen side, perfect for relaxing outdoors, whether over a morning coffee or at the end of a peaceful day.
- A spacious, separate and fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils, everything you need to prepare meals with ease and make the most of your stay.
- Two elegant bedrooms : one with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a desk area, and the second with two single beds (90 × 190 cm) and a desk area, providing an ideal environment to fully unwind.
- A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
- Additional facilities : washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron, luggage rack, high chair and baby cot, as well as a heated towel rail in winter, ensuring a comfortable and independent stay.

Located in the heart of Krutenau, one of Strasbourg’s most popular neighbourhoods, and just a 5-minute walk from the Carré d’Or, the apartment enjoys a prime location in a quiet and pleasant setting. You will find all essential shops nearby, along with numerous restaurants, tea rooms, pâtisseries, cafés and bars with lively terraces, heated in winter.

Notre-Dame Cathedral, Petite France, the Christmas Market, the sightseeing boat departure point and many museums are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Strasbourg’s UNESCO listed historic center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, while the cathedral is a 9 minute walk away.


Transport :

If you are travelling by car, we recommend the covered Austerlitz car park (€22 per 24 hours), located just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. On-street parking is chargeable from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm, and free on Sundays and public holidays.

For getting around :

- The “Porte de l’Hôpital” tram stop (lines A and D) is a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
- The central train station can be reached door-to-door in 13 minutes by tram, via direct lines A and D.
- Strasbourg International Airport is accessible by public transport and by car.

- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Free Wi-Fi is available (fibre-optic connection and Wi‑Fi 7).
- Pets are not allowed.
- The apartment is non-smoking.
- The lift is narrow.
- The queen-size bedroom and living area are fitted with roller shutters and blackout curtains, allowing for complete darkness.


The apartment is available from 4:00 pm. Keys must be collected from a secure key dispenser located in a laundrette approximately a 4 minute walk from the apartment. Please note that the laundrette closes at 9:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange an alternative collection point together.
