“Property was great, extremely clean and well maintained. Host was awesome with communication. Fire pit and hot tub were both excellent. Location is very easy to get to from interstate 77. Highly recommended!”

“We rented this home for a 3 night stay. We loved the Amish country. Even more, we enjoyed spending time in this lovely home. Chery was great, answering any questions I had promptly. The place was so beautifully decorated and it felt so cozy. Cheryl obviously has a knack for hospitality . The home was stocked with so many things we might need during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“This house needs work. One night a window broke and kept us awake. The next night the spouting banged against the house for hours. Some of the doors and door knobs don’t work properly. The host clearly knew the lock box wasn’t working, but hadn’t fixed it or told us before we arrived. We had to wait about a half hour before the issue was resolved. The stairs and floors are uneven; they are not safe for young kids or anyone with mobility problems. Lighting for the stairs is minimal. The washer...

“Amazing property! Everything we could have hoped for in a getaway.”

“Our family spent 2 nights at the Hemlock. Franklin was extremely hospitable and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It is an absolutely beautiful property that is very well kept. It was 10 out of 10 clean when we arrived. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking essentials as well as coffe and tea. There were plenty of towels stocked by the door that lead to the hot tub. Main level and upper level washer and dryer with all the details of a comfortable stay...

“This property was perfect for our family, kids, grandkids to stay while we attended a wedding in the area. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well, including fresh milk in and water bottles in the refrigerator, and cereal, granola bars and oatmeal packets. There were also k cups available. Our host, Jon, has obviously taken time to consider the needs of his guests who stay on his property. We walked to the farmstand next door where they had fresh eggs, really good coffee and beautiful plants...

“Have stayed here before and the cottage is always very clean. The decor makes it feel very comfortable. The hosts does a great job in communicating. Will continue to stay here when in the area.”

“We loved our stay at Fredas Place. The Host was great and communicated effectivley”

“We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and have always had a great experience. The bedroom in the upper floor may not be suitable for elderly, young children or anyone with mobility issues. Host is super responsive. Convenient location to all things Canton.”

“We had a great time here in Ohio. Our daughter was in a flag football tournament and the location was great, had so much fun.”

“Clean, spacious rooms to sleep, in quiet neighborhood. Did not like going up front door steps (no handrail) but found parking in back and would enter and leave that way. LOVED the security light that lit our way to the door. Wished all the bedrooms had a window air conditioner or ceiling fan as it did get warm. We loved being close to Canton and the Football Hall of Fame Musuem. We come every year to Ohio for the Neon Nights Country Festival and this is first time we have been close to the...
