We booked through Expedia and it said no attendant on site - so there was confusion on where to leave our bags and we did not receive a response so we ended up paying Premier Inn to hold our bags. “Stopped here for a few nights as we had a wedding to attend. All was good though I am a light sleeper and did have trouble due to a low pitched hum that persisted through the night. As we weren't staying long we didn't ask to move to a quieter room. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest you make it clear when you book that you need somewhere quiet. The food was good and reasonably priced and the bar prices were not as steep as some we have encountered in other hotels.”

“The property was really well located, checkin quite early, with no problem from there side. The room was really clean, bed was good, bathroom had everything and loved the shower. Tom was really helpful, informative, gave us a bit of history of the building, which was fascinating. Included Breakfast was simple, but very good, and you could have ordered from the kitchen at an extra cost. Will definitely recommend.”

“Lovely property. Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned.
