“Upon checking in the first staff that assisted us was not pleasant, with attitude insisting that i booked rooms according to their vacancy i wasnt aware that I booked the king beds and smoking room thats why she gave me 2 rooms king beds smoking but I beg her to change it because We are coughing already and smoking rooms were unappropriate but shes not very accommodating. I thought they were after customer's satisfaction It was a blessing in disguise that my card was decline need to deposit cash...

“The property was under major renovation and no mention was made of this when making our reservation. I am in a power chair and their accessible room was barely big enough to roll in and turn around between the beds.”

“Very friendly reception and service. We felt very welcome. Our room was newly renovated. There is nothing but forest around and we knew that so had bought food in the last village before we got there and could heat it in the micro in the room. ”

“There were dirty towels, pillow cases with makeup still on them, shower didn’t get hot and there was an old food smell coming from the refrigerator.”

The hotel is in a great central area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions, and it is not far from the lake. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.
