“I liked everything about the hotel however, I did not like that when I went downstairs to ask for more towel towels the staff member only gave me two and I essentially needed more than just two towels”

“The lodge was opened to the public in 2022. Prior to that, it was used exclusively for UCLA alumni. It the past few months, guests now have access to the private trails that run alongside the Arrowhead Lake. In addition, the North Shore Tavern next to main lodge is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.”

“Nice”

“We had a large, unexpected group for breakfast, and the team handled it with true professionalism. The cook was outstanding, preparing a delicious breakfast efficiently without compromising quality. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff remaining attentive, organized, and welcoming despite the size of our party. Their ability to accommodate us so seamlessly made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for both the quality of the food and the exceptional customer...

“Clean rooms & helpful staff”

“Super friendly and helpful staff! Room was so clean and spacious, we even had the breakfast in the morning and it was delicious! Overall amazing experience and will definitely be staying again when in the area!”

“Do wish you had a microwave at least by vending machines..”

“This place really surprised me, especially for the price. Nice clean, quiet and nice sized rooms. They definitely renovated the place. The only issue I had was check in. It’s through a kiosk and you talk to a man on the screen. The screen would freeze and the man would have to restart the kiosk. Either than that, check in wasn’t too bad and check out was fast they allow you to do the deposit with cash or card. No breakfast, but close to stores and fast food restaurants. Will be back.”
