“Er war sehr angenehm und man hatte von der Dachterrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick.”

“Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön an einem Hang oberhalb von Stresa, das man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Leider konnten wir wetterbedingt die Terasse und den schönen kleinen Garten nicht nutzen. Der Umgang mit Evita war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Parksituation war anfangs etwas schwierig, hat sich aber dann geklärt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!”

“Sauberes Haus mit toller Aussicht. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente! Nachmittags war es zwar ziemlich warm im Haus aber da waren wir sowieso unterwegs. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!”

“The view of the lake and the sunrises each morning was fantastic. It was comfortable, easy to prepare meals, a wonder large outdoor table with lake views to eat and an easy 15-20 minute walk into town. Parking on the street above was not a problem. There is a parking garage but our Audi A6 wagon was too long to comfortably make the turn into the assigned space. Also, the owner accurately describes the distance from the street to the unit but beware that it is over mostly cobblestone where heavy...

“The property has fantastic views and is central. Cant be beaten from that aspect but there could certainly be improvements made. It is dated, the shower is terrible, it is extremely hot during the evening due to no aircon thus making for an uncomfortable sleep. The site says they supply toilet paper and soap which they do - one roll and one very small bar of soap. For a stay of 4 days it was nowhere near enough. ”

“Aussicht auf den See sensationell...Wohnung wenig gepflegt...Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht gut geklappt(wir mussten 1 Stunde warten)...In der Wohnung genügend Platz für uns zu Zweit...Garten mit Pool schön, Liegestühle fehlten...Garage für Auto super...Alles in Allem war es sehr schöne 4 ruhe und friedliche Tage, die wir in Stresa verbracht haben.”
