The fully fenced backyard is the centerpiece of this property. A covered patio seats 12, with a 50-inch Roku TV mounted for outdoor viewing. The gas fire pit has adjustable flame settings and is surrounded by lounge chairs — a natural gathering spot after a day at the beach or on the water. The propane grill is set up for full cookouts. Outdoor games include cornhole, Connect 4, outdoor Jenga, a mini basketball hoop, and a dartboard. The yard is fully fenced and secure for both kids and dogs.

Game Room
A dedicated game room separate from the main living area. Inside: a Pac-Man 12-in-1 arcade machine, a Centipede 8-in-1 cabinet, a full-size Skee-Ball machine, and a foosball table. Jensen Beach is 4.4 miles. Stuart Beach is about 7.5 miles (15–16 minutes). Palm Beach International Airport is 43 miles south. Treasure Coast International Airport (Stuart) is 5 miles north for private and charter flights.

We also supply full sets of bath towels for each bed. Extra beach towels are also available.

Discounts: We offer various discounts for longer stays, last-minute bookings, and early-bird reservations. These are automatically calculated and built into your quoted price. Please note that only one of these discount types can be applied per booking.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours after booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. After that, you can cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable after the free cancellation period. No refunds are provided for non-refundable bookings.
