“Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. ”

“This place was absolutely perfect. The communication was great. The location and setting were so convenient to downtown and the beaches. The bed was so comfortable. I cannot say one thing I would change. Highly recommend!!”

“We stayed here with family for my wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better more comfortable stay. Christopher was awesome, from food recommendation's to running over on a whim to help. Very clean and there was plenty of towels, soaps and coffee. We absolutely loved the swing-set in the back yard as well! ”

“We had a wonderful time! Came to celebrate our wedding on the beach and this was the perfect place to stay. Perfect accommodations for the 7 of us, no one felt cramped at all. The backyard is a tropical oasis and Dana was very sweet and attentive. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much!”

“The house is fabulous. Beautifuly decorated with all the amenities you could want. Although it's small the layout makes it feel quite roomy. Having the fences in yard was great for my small dog. Having the washer and dryer was a real plus”

“This was our third stay. We absolutely love it here. We are from StL. In that spring we stay to see Cardinals play at Roger Dean. We also love staying in the fall. We have been lucky enough to see hatching loggerhead make there way. It really is like have your own private access to the beach. Lovely!!”
