“The Castle Inn is a lovely traditional,thatched roof inn a 20min walk from Lulworth. The staff were really lovely,each of them friendly and clearly all work hard and look after their guests well..The pub is furnished to a high standard and the room was so cosy and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was good and they have a wide menu for lunch and dinner. The dinner we ate there could have been better,but it wasn't bad..Would definitely stay again.”

“I came here by myself to get away from the kids for just one 24 hour period over the whole entire year. I was praying for a bit of peace and to be able to treat myself. Hand on heart can say this place did not disappoint! A lovely warm welcome when I arrived. I booked a double bed with sea view and it was perfect. Bed was ridiculously comfy. The Inn is situated in a perfect location so I took a wander down to the cove late evening and early morning. It was so peaceful. I dined at the restaurant...

“This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in all of England staying at this charming inn. The food was outstanding as well as the service and staff. I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially if you want to visit several of the southern Pride and Prejudice movie sites such as Stourhead or Wilson House. Stonehenge is also close by! Great location! ”
