“The propertys owner helped me book breakfast, which was beautiful, when we arrived, helped me with my belongings, the room was lovely and big, it's a beautiful town with affordable Uber transport ”
“Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. ”

“We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views...

“The gentleman running the inn was warm and friendly, helpful too as I had direction troubles for an event and so he googled it and printed it and for the next day I got there. A very homely comfortable feeling I thought. If I'm ever back in the area I will stay there again.”

"Läget mitt i Colchester är bekvämt, det är nära till allt. Men det ligger också precis där det är som mest livat på kvällarna, framförallt i veckosluten, och då är det mins sagt högljutt utanför. Det var högsommarvärme under vår vistelse, och eftersom det inte fanns någon ventilation alls var det otroligt varmt i rummet. Det fanns en bordsfläkt, men vi var tvungna att ha minst ett fönster öppet för att få in friskluft, vilket gjorde att allt partyljud utifrån hördes mycket väl och gjorde det svårt att somna. Det var discodunk och högljudda människor flera timmar efter midnatt. Vi rekommenderar andra hotell med mer skyddat läge."
