They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didnât have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. âWorst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. âIt is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money.
