“My first stay here and it was perfect. Juan got me checked in and got me signed up for the IHG rewards. He was very kind and welcoming.y room was clean and very nice.”

“Excelente atención limpieza y habitaciones cómodas”

“I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....

“Very clean and comfortable”

“Compliments to the breakfast cook.”

“Overall not bad, rooms were clean and nice , we did notice a stain on the side of the bedsheet and we were initially put in a room that smelled like cigarettes but they moved us to a different room, and that was nice . The stuff was nice too.the gym was very small and we didn’t like the breakfast but overall not bad for a short stay.”

“estaba descompuesto el elevador principal, habia que usar el del personal”

“The desk Attendent and another guest talked loud in the lobby/ dining area all night. At 3 AM they still were talking extremely loud. I could hear everything and couldn’t sleep. I let another desk attendant know what happened at checkout and he told me that the manager would call me and provide me points for the inconvenience. No one called me. Terrible experience”
