“This was a charming lodge! On the quieter part of downtown Gatlinburg, we appreciated getting out of the hustle and bustle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the experience of seeing a bear meander through the stream behind the lodge (happily viewing from the 3rd floor) from our little balcony. Check-in and check-out simple and straightforward, it was the perfect ending to our trip through the mountains.”

“This property is definitely for those that are fluent with today’s technology. There wasn’t any staff on property that I saw. Everything was contactless and virtual. I did have a bit of a problem getting into the room at first but when I called the number in the office door, someone did respond and stated they would be in route to assist me. I was able to figure it out and their assistance was not needed. The room was clean, and there is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. It is not...

“Pretty close to everything. Pretty flawless check in. The lady told us we could check in early and we did. We had somebody just walked right in the condo about 20 minutes after our arrival. Not sure who it was. But no issues otherwise. Pretty clean. Nice having a stovetop and everything needed to cook while we was hanging out. Could get to the strip quickly. I’d stay here again for sure.”

“The building is under maintenance in the main lobby so you have to walk/drive down to the echonolodge but if you really think about it it was a great walk from the rooms on top the hill to the bottom and back in the mountain area. The lady we spoke too to check in was so nice and chatty and the room was just as a hotel should be. Clean towels and the ac was on when we arrived, the balcony had the most beautiful view of the Great Smokey Mountains, and the beds were nice and bug and stain free....
