“Great place !”

“Really nice location, directly on the S tram line so easy access to the city. Secure parking was a great bonus. Building was secure with nice amenities. Right next to Trader Joe's, so you can pick up food and make your own meals, but also many restaurants close by. The bed was super comfortable. “Host was very responsive. Google Maps make finding the entrance tricky, but once we were in, I found this rental to be the easiest in and out of all the rentals I have had in SLC over the last 6 years. The unit was clean, appropriately equipped, and just what we needed for our annual ski trip. ”

“Highly recommend! All of the rooms had such high-quality furnishings and art, and they were all exceptionally clean. The hosts were very communicative, if I had a question or anything came up, they got right back to me… I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Salt Lake City!”

Dirt marks on the walls, heavy dust buildup, a bathroom that appeared barely cleaned: stained bathmat, hair in the toilet, grime in the tub, debris in the cabinet, and an old, grimy shower curtain. The bedding was stained, and the kitchen mat and sponges smelled strongly of mildew. I reported the bedding and bathroom; the owner...
