“What a gem of a hotel to consider if visiting Nikko. This hotel has few rooms but fantastic staff and great service. Our breakfast and dinner were included and they were excellent. The private hot spring in the hotel was nice private and relaxing experience. You are within blocks of the temple and shrine and Shinkyo bridge. “We loved this hotel. We were particularly impressed with the kindness of the staff. Sujawa, in particular, greeted us with warmth and made sure we were immediately comfortable after coming into the hotel on a very hot day. She also explained the local bus service and allowed us to check in earlier than anticipated, which made our day in Nikko so much easier and more enjoyable. “Great place to stay while in Nikko, its a bit away from the main part of the city- around 15min walk uphill, but the place is trully amazing and the thermal bath and sauna is cherry on top.”
